Tenor Brian Sussman has been praised for his strong and emotive voice. On the operatic stage Brian has performed principal roles and scenes with Lawrence Opera Theatre, the Nahant Music Festival and Westchester Summer Vocal Institute. In competition, he has received awards from the Metropolitan Opera National Council and the National Association of Teachers of Singing. Brian is a proponent of new music and was a co-founder of the Kansas based contemporary vocal ensemble the Meadowlark Project. Brian is currently the Tenor Principal Vocal Artist at Heartland Sings.
